As well as teaching children across the UK about how to keep themselves physically safe and well through our award-winning First Aid lessons, we also teach that mental wellbeing is a normal and important part of daily life. Through a series of 6 workshops aimed at children aged 7-11, we aim to help children be more aware of the importance of a Healthy Mind. Prices start at £720 for all 6 workshops (£120 per session) for up to 30 children. Alternatively, Healthy Minds can be run in schools or in combination with our other classes for children as part of our half and full day rates (£250 and £350). A full day is considered no more then 8 hours including breaks.
